||Sasha Dugdale is a poet and translator. She translates poetry and plays. She works as an advisor in Russian theatre to the Royal Court Theatre in London. Her recent translations include The Cherry Orchard for BBC Radio, and The Grainstore by Natal’ya Vorozhbit for the Royal Shakespeare Company. Her recent translations of poetry include Birdsong on the Seabed by Elena Shvarts for Bloodaxe Books.
She is currently working on a third collection of poetry and a book of short stories dedicated to Moscow, Moscow Tales. The full version of My Pushkin will be included in Moscow Tales, to be published in 2011 by Oxford University Press.
